A Spirited Path

  Much has happened since the my last post. Many new insights continue to come in and it always seems to come back to a recurring theme in my life which is" SELF- LOVE".

I know this seems easy but I often find myself getting lost in my old habits of not saying no, engaging in gossip and still being unsure as to how to answer when someone challenges me.

Your Body, the Living Pendulum

For example, did you know that you can use your body as a pendulum?

Not only is it easy and simple to do, it's quite accurate. Here's how you do it:

1. Put your feet together. This is to give you a less stable base. You want your body to be able to easily and freely move back and forth.

Boy. When Spirit wants to connect with you and you are aware of messages that come from others, it always amazing what pops up. My daughter met with an old friend of hers that she had not seen in a while and when she came home I asked her how did the visit go.

Wow. Like many of you out there I made promises to myself this New Year. Really BIG ones that will challenge me stretch me and expose the rebel in me. It has taken me years to feel comfortable talking to people about the messages I get but making the decisions to do so this New Year has been very empowering. I have doubted my myself and my messages since I can rememberand with me recently having another birthday, I can tell you it’s been a long time.

Wow. Events are really speeding up in a big way. Due to turning the clocks back on Sunday I thought great I get an extra hour of much needed sleep. BUT I forgot my dog ( Lola) doesn't understand this time change, so I was up early anyway. Came back and made a decision to let go of another " Soul Contract" on my life,  then did the appropriate PSYCH-K  balances.
