A Spirited Path

Going WIthin

These are the words that started my on my journey many years ago and once again they are swirling around in my head. That was over 25 years ago and what a rocky road I have travelled.

Today I repeated these words to several of my friends as they had crisises in thier lives.

I put a slightly different slant on it and asked them " what is your heart telling you you to do?"

A lot of protests may come back to you such as " I couldn't leave / I don't have to money /

How could I dare etc......../ can I just ask?

At the beginning of this year I made a promise to myself to " Honour the feelings of my heart". By going  within and honouring my heart I have shifted sooo much that I felt I had to share.

 So the question I pose to those that read this is" By going within and honouring your heart are you where you are supposed to be ?
