This method involves relaxation and healing through the transfer of energy that treats the whole person in mind, body and spirit.The benefits of Energy work include relaxation, relief of aches and pains, emotional healing and spiritual balancing and  protection.I have studied many energy modalities such as Reiki ( Master), Quantum Touch, Seichim and I combine my knowledge to help you relax to the max.Clients experience a deep relaxation which boosts the immune system while relieving stress. This also improves the self- confidence and increases the clients feeling of empowerment. All this helps the body to function more efficiently while balancing mind, body and soul. Clients can opt for a specfic issue or general healing. Each session last for an hour.

My Spiritual empowerment coaching  session involves connecting to your higher self, guides and my group of star beings and other guides who assist you energetically as well as crystals and oracle cards. This begins a process of insight and guidance to help you tune into what might be needed to be cleared so you can find the balance in your life. I will help you learn to catch yourself of your complaints and take a deep breath to realize that your life path has been a gift for you. This is more than a reading. We will talk about your life as it is now and how your lessons have affected you to this point. We are often blocked to the gifts in our life and this session often illuminates us to our gifts.

Suggestions for visualizations, crystals, essences, body therapies and  affirmations are  given to help you on your Spiritual Path.        

Each session lasts 1 hour as we discuss the issues and  messages from my Guides on a new way to look at your life lessons.You will leave feeling empowered with these tools to incorporate into you life.
