Let's Face it ( Facial Workshops) Once a month in my home office in Whitby. Space is limiited

This is an interactive workshop where you will practice the techniques provided so that you can easily do then in your own home. My goal is to teach as many women as possible about these wonderful techniques that I have used for years to keep my face looking youthful for years.

· Increase the radiance of your skin by learning simple massage techniques

· Reduce fine lines and firm your skin with simple 5 minute techniques

· Release facial tension that can lead to headaches, eyestrain, jaw pain

· Learn to reduce pms and menstrural problems with simple techniques

. Learn what ingredients to be careful of in your skin care products

· Practice facial massage and exercises yourself to learn proper technique

· Understand how your face reflects your body

· Receive handouts of everything discussed and natural recipes as well.

Investment of $65.00 . You must pre-register as space is limited to 8-10 wonderful women each class so grab your girfriends and have a girls night out. I provide tea and healthy goodies . All information that is discussed will be provided to take home and natural skin care products will be available to purchase. Please contact me for more information if necessary.  I also take this workshop on the road .Just gather at least 6 of your friends and I will come to your  home or  group. Crystal Awareness  Third Thursday night from 7pm -9.30 pm  in my home office. My love of Crystals created this workshop to help bring crystals into their daily lives. If you are drawn to Crystals then this is the workshop for you. I have over 10 years experience of being a Certified Crystal Therapist.

 In this workshop you will learn the following: 

-A brief history of crystals                                                                              

- Cleaning and clearing methods                                                                                    

 - Why Crystals should be programmed                                                                             

- Simple Crystal room layouts                                                                                         

- How to choose best Crystals for you or others                                                               

- learn about the energy fields that surround us                                                              

  -Basic Crystal  Healing and lot more ideas to incorporate Crystals into your eveyday life.

All information will be provided for you to take home and some crystals will also be available for purchase as well as my Crystal Intentional oils.

 Spiritual  Spa Event

  The last Weekend of the month I host an Spiritual Spa Event  with other great practitioners who have been in the Holistic field for many years. We provide these services at our home office or at your location.

Spa Pkg A 

There will be two practitioners providing services.

You will receive both a 30 min Tarot reading or Other practitioner and a 30 min Holistic  Facial

Cost is $60 for both services Pre-registion is a must.

Spa Pkg B - Not Always Available

There will be three practitioners providing different services

You will receive a 30 min Tarot Reading and a 30 min Holistic Facial.

Plus a 30 min service provided by our guest practioner

Cost is $90 for three services
